Frequently Asked Questions
How do I plan to attend an in-person service?
In order to create a spacious environment and adhere to state guidelines, we will have social distance seating available in our Worship Center, Lobby and Teen Tent. Our teams are prepared to offer as close to the same experience in the Lobby and Teen Tent as possible with prayer teams, greeters, ushers, and a direct video feed to large screens.
What time does service begin?
Our Sunday worship service begins at 10am.
What precautions is Bear Creek Church taking?
The church will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected each week, and to ensure your continued health and safety, we’ll be sanitizing major areas after each service and making hand sanitizer & masks available throughout the building.
Our Worship Center will be filled at a reduced capacity. We’ve removed seating and our ushers will be leaving space between family units to maintain safe distancing. We’re offering additional seating options in our Lobby and Teen Tent.
We are asking everyone to wear masks, including all of our Go Team volunteers while serving.
We are strongly discouraging anyone who has been sick or exposed to sick people or experiencing symptoms of sickness from attending a physical gathering until it’s safe for them to do so.
If you’re not ready to gather together in-person, we will have our 10am service LIVE online on YouTube and Facebook.
Are Bear Creek Kids programs available?
Yes! While we still believe God has us in an intentional season of encouraging families to worship together, we will be offering Bear Creek Kids classes for 1 years old through 6th Grade during our 10am Sunday worship services. We’ll also have our Family Room & Baby Room available for parents/nursing mothers.
If you plan on attending in-person kids ministry, we are asking all families (whether new or returning) to register their children here:Kids Pre-Registration
We will also still continue to provide online kids content each week on our KIDS page and on our YouTube channel.
